ARTEyes supports free image rotation, flipping, antialiasing (smoothing). It can also apply the sepia effect and other graphic filters, adjust hue, contrast, lightness and sharpness. One of the most interesting features is applying the “torn edges” effect. The program has 12 masks for creating such stylistic effects.
