The program allows you to adjust the radius of distortion. Depending on the radius, the result of distortion will be different. On the whole the program interface is self-explanatory and has numerous options to add to the fun and implement your ideas. Cartoonist lets you load and save images in 3 different formats (bmp, jpg, png). The program also allows you to specify different image quality when saving a file in jpg format and preserve EXIF metadata (information on the image such as date and time the image was taken, exposure time, ISO, focal length, etc).
